my stay at novotel was great! the superior double room with sofa was very clean and comfortable. the bed was firm, which I loved. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the wellness center was a fantastic bonus, especially the indoor pool with artificial waves. it’s super close to restaurants and bars, and just a short walk to the old town.

would recommend.

Had an amazing 4-night stay here! The small pool and wellness center were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads-up, I wish there was more closet space in the room, but overall, it was a fantastic getaway! 😊

Family with children great for a group visit

The breakfast was a bit chaotic but I gotta say the staff worked hard to keep everything running the variety was excellent I took some local dishes my kids loved it and the staff too were helpful in getting us what we needed every morning and just an very nice place for family bonding

I recently celebrated an anniversary in bucharest and my stay exceeded all expectations. The hotel was a perfect base, with spacious rooms that let in lots of natural light and offered great amenities. The staff were warm and cute

elevators were slow and often crowded.

The location is superb, just a short walk to attractions, and the staff are friendly. However, the bathroom design was awkward without a sink next to the toilet, the gym was underwhelming, and there were cleanliness issues in the shower. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
